Refund Policy

Items purchased from may be returned for a refund to the original payment form within 90 days of purchase as long as they are in new, unworn/unwashed condition and still have the original tags and packaging. Kindly note that items returned for a refund incur a 10% restocking fee of the product’s cost, but items returned for an exchange do not.

Exchange Policy

Items purchased from may be returned for an exchange within 90 days of purchase as long as they are in new, unworn/unwashed condition and still have the original tags and packaging. Ship the original item back to us and we’ll ship your new item out for free!

Returns Due To Manufacturing Defect

We strive to create the highest quality products. At every juncture we do our very best to ensure that our products exceed expectations and we apologize that we may not have met your or our expectations.

  1. The original sales order number from our online shop or the name of the store from which it was purchased
  2. The approximate day you received it
  3. Your full contact information
    • Full name
    • Shipping address (No PO Boxes)
    • Email address
    • Phone number
  4. A description of the problem
  5. Digital closeup photos of the problem attached
  6. If you could also check behind the care label for manufacturing information, there may be a small tag with three or four rows of a combination of numbers and letters. Can you please take a photo of or include those in the reply in the following format:

All will be forwarded to our product manager for examination and documentation and upon review we will reply with a possible replacement approval. We will also notify you if we will be sending a prepaid return shipping label to return the product to us.

Promotional Item Policy

If applicable, promotional items received with the purchase of the product being returned for a refund must also be returned in new, unworn/unwashed condition. If not included with your return, we will simply subtract the promo item’s value from your refund. In most cases, promotional items received with the purchase of a product being exchanged can be kept, but we will let you know for sure once you contact us by following the instructions below.

International Returns

We cannot offer exchanges on orders shipped internationally. If you need to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order online for your desired product. We will credit your account upon receipt of the merchandise minus any import tariffs, duties, and taxes. International returns are subject to applicable duty and tax charges in accordance with law. Additionally, we cannot refund the original international shipping charges, duties, taxes, or any other charges incurred.

Returns for items purchased from a retailer other than

If you purchased your items from one of our retailers, please contact the retailer for their return policy. We cannot accept returns for items purchased through a retailer.

If you are returning product for a refund or exchange:

  • In the subject line, type “Return Request” or “Exchange Request”
  • In the body, please indicate your name, order number, and reason for returning the product. If you are requesting an exchange, please indicate the product and pattern you’d like to exchange for.
  • We will reply with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and further instructions to complete your return.

For your protection, we recommend you return all items via a traceable method from a carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Hooter Hiders is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided. Returns and exchanges must be shipped prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. All returned pieces will be thoroughly examined and items that do not meet our return/exchange qualifications will be sent back at the customer's cost.

Please be sure to include:

  • Your Return Authorization number on the outside and inside packaging Your contact information (email, phone) in case we have a need to reach you about you return.
  • The item(s) and pattern(s) you are exchanging for. Many write this in the memo area of the check.
  • If applicable, a check made out to Hooter Hiders to cover any price difference. A Customer Service Representative will inform you of the appropriate amount to include.
  • If applicable, any promotional items you may have received with the purchase of the product being returned. If not included with your return, we will simply subtract the promo item's value from your refund.

International Customs, Duties & Taxes

Your shipping cost does not include duties, taxes, or customs clearance charges. Some countries will also require a local handling fee. Your local authorities will invoice you separately for these items, when applicable, and once the package has reached the destination country. We urge you to check with your local authorities regarding additional fees for international imports prior to placing an order. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be. Returned packages because of unpaid fees or failure to collect are subject to return shipping & restocking fees.
